Design engineer working across disciplines, turning complex problems into clear and intuitive software.

I've spent over 10 years working across design and engineering, taking complex digital products from early ideas through to production. My background is in software engineering, but my work often spans product thinking, interaction design, technical architecture and the systems that connect them.

I'm drawn to problems that are difficult to untangle: complex workflows, dense information and products where the right answer isn't immediately obvious. Much of my work has been in healthcare, government and cybersecurity, where I've learned to balance technical complexity with software that feels clear, intuitive and trustworthy.

I care deeply about the quality of both the product and its implementation, from the details of an interaction to the systems that help that quality scale. That's led to a particular interest in design systems, and more recently, how they evolve as AI changes the way software is built.
